Application Behavior
The App operates strictly within the permissions you grant. A picture is opened only when you select it, and an edit begins only when you choose a tool and confirm.
Several tools rely on machine learning models that run outside the device. For those tools the selected picture is transmitted for the duration of the edit and removed once the result has been returned. Your original file is never altered: an edit produces a new picture, and it is written to your library only if you save it.
Your Role
- You decide which pictures are submitted for editing and which results are saved.
- You confirm that you hold the rights to each picture you submit, or are otherwise permitted to use it.
- Where a picture shows another person, you confirm that you have their agreement to edit it.
- You understand that a result is produced by a model and may differ from the original scene.
- You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws.
Results and Their Limits
Editing is performed by machine learning models. A result is an approximation rather than a reconstruction of fact: detail may be invented where the original was missing or damaged, and colour added to a monochrome photograph is an interpretation rather than a record of the original scene.
Do not present an edited picture as an unaltered document where accuracy matters, and keep the original file when a photograph carries documentary or sentimental value.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the App to produce or submit material that is unlawful where you live, that is sexual in nature or involves a minor in a sexual or exploitative context, that depicts an identifiable person in a way intended to deceive, harass, or misrepresent them, or that is designed to pass as authentic evidence when it is not.
Automated or bulk requests to the processing service, attempts to circumvent limits or purchase checks, and attempts to interfere with the App's operation are likewise not permitted.
Billing and Access to Features
Some functionality may require an active subscription linked to your Apple ID. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple account settings, and deleting the App does not by itself cancel a plan.
All billing matters, including refunds, are governed by Apple's policies. Any limits that apply to free use, and any allowances included in a plan, are displayed in the App and may be adjusted as the product develops.
Integrated Services
The App incorporates external components that support image processing, analytics, stability monitoring, subscription validation, and attribution measurement. Components other than image processing operate on technical and commercial signals and are not given the pictures you edit.
Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, presets, and functionality of the App are the property of SOURCERY - FZCO and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse engineered.
Pictures you submit remain yours, and so do the results produced from them.
Application Updates
We may introduce changes to improve reliability, performance, or compatibility. Availability of individual tools may vary with the App version, the device, and the availability of the services behind them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the outcome of an edit, for a request that fails without producing a result, for loss of an original file you did not back up, or for any use you make of an edited picture.
Apple App Store Relationship
These Terms are between you and the Company. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Access Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access to the App if these Terms are violated.
Revisions
This document may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
